Terms of Service

Effective September 19, 2026.

These terms are an agreement between you and BesidesGuide LLC, a California limited liability company ("we", "us"), covering adorely.fashion and the adorely apps (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.

1. What adorely is

adorely shows outfits and names every piece in them, so that when you see something you like you can find out what it actually is. The photographs are generated — the people in them are synthetic performers, not real people, and we label them as such. The clothes are real products from real brands.

We do not sell anything. We have no cart, no checkout, and no purchase links. We are not a store, we are not an agent of any brand, and we are not a party to anything you buy elsewhere.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old. If the law where you live sets a higher age for agreeing to terms like these, that age applies to you. We do not verify age when you sign up; by using the Service you are telling us you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You sign in with a code sent to your email address, or with Apple or Google. There is no password. This means whoever controls your email address controls your account — keep it secure. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has access.

One email address, one account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless doing so would help someone evade enforcement.

You can delete your account in Settings. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your information.

4. What you may do

Use the Service to look at outfits, save what you like, tell us what you own, share what you find, and tell us what you do not want to see. That is the whole product, and all of it is free.

5. What you may not do

6. Who owns what

Our content. The photographs on adorely are generated by us. They, and the way we organize and present them, belong to us. You may share a link, and you may use our sharing tools. You may not download our photographs and publish them elsewhere.

Brand names and product names. These belong to the brands. We write them because that is the only way to tell you what a piece is — this is nominative use, not a claim of affiliation or endorsement. We display a brand's logo only if that brand has given us permission to. If you are a brand and you would rather we did not use your product images, see the DMCA & Copyright page or write to [email protected].

What you give us. The things you save, the labels you write, and the pieces you tell us you own are yours. You give us permission to store and use them to run the Service for you. Nothing you do on adorely is public — there are no public profiles and no followers.

7. The one thing we try to get right, and what we do not promise

The point of adorely is that the piece we name is the piece you are looking at. We work hard at this, and there is a "Product info is wrong" report on every post because we want to hear when we fail.

That said, the Service is provided as is. We do not warrant that product information, availability, pricing, or descriptions are accurate, complete, or current, and we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Prices and product details come from brands and change without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Anything you buy, you buy from someone else. We are not responsible for another company's products, their descriptions, their shipping, their returns, or their treatment of you.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BesidesGuide LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred United States dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits. Where that is so, they apply to the fullest extent the law permits, and nothing here limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Content moderation and removal

We may remove any content from the Service at any time, with or without notice, including when it breaks these terms, when a rights holder objects, or when we judge it inappropriate. Removal is our decision and we do not have to explain it to everyone who reported it.

If content you saved is removed, it simply stops appearing in your collection. We do not notify you about each removal.

10. Changes to the Service and to these terms

The Service will change; features may be added or removed. We may change these terms — if the change is material we will post it here and update the date before it takes effect, and continuing to use the Service after that means you accept it. If you do not, delete your account.

11. Ending it

You can stop at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Sections 5 through 8 and 12 survive.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live, nothing here takes that away.

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
